Weekly Update: October 20th - 26th
By popular demand, we will be hosting a screening of the documentary "Forks Over Knives" on Tuesday, October 21st beginning at 11:30 a.m. If you have never heard of this movie, it is an eye-opening, scientifically proven showcase of what two, now-famous, Cleveland Clinic surgeons have discovered when treating patients with FOOD versus MEDICINE. What a radical concept: "heart disease is a completely preventable foodborne illness." Come decide for yourself if this is steeped in fact or fiction. Please join us to watch the film AND to bring a potluck dish to share. The only caveat? The dish needs to adhere to the vegan, no-oil guidelines. Send me an email to register or contact Front Desk.
A new and improved Printable Directory including email addresses has been loaded in the Documents section of the website. You will need to log in using your username and password to gain access.
